Sitting in front of my computer all day, so I decided that that would be the theme of today's shot.

(although in retrospect, given the day number, maybe it should have been a dry vodka martini, shaken not stirred.)

As I said, much less interesting stuff after the trip. Back to mundane daily life. On a plus side, the grocery store had cherries for rather cheap. Cherries are one of my single favorite food items, and I am always thrilled to pick up a bunch, and while I am also not much a fan of still life shots, this one turned out pretty nice.

As a parting shot for the trip to SF that has encompassed the first few days of the year, I took one of those must take shots while there.

Union Square taken from the Cheesecake Factory atop the Macy's. This is a panorama where I put together 13 photos, each taken at 18mm. After cropping, and before resizing, the final picture was 67 Megapixels. Every so often you have to do a touristy thing, so we had a piece of cheesecake up there with a stunning view of the square. Silly, but worth it.
